The San Diego Senior Games is a multi-sport competition taking place at various locations throughout the city, and is open to competitors over age 50. The fitness competition was held at a gym called Fitness Quest 10, and consisted of 10 different events designed to test strength, endurance, speed, power, cardiovascular fitness and more.
