This week, we speak with marathon runner, triathlete and Ironwoman Lee DiPietro. Lee has finished 50 marathons, 6 Ironmans and countless triathlons. In this interview, we talk about Lee's impressive career and discuss the ways in which sports can develop skills that help us through our most difficult life moments, something Lee knows firsthand as told in her book Against the Wind: An Ironwoman's Race for her Family's Survival.
